The first book shown in the video is Ari Marcopoulos' Directory. Ari Marcopoulos has been pioneering contemporary photography documenting subcultures such as graffity artists and skateboarders. Take a look at this great book published by Nieves (copublished with Rizzoli).

DON'T EVER CHANGE
Just got a new vinyl record called Barbed Wire Kisses by The Jesus and Mary Chain (1988). Here is a great song from the record. Great band, great lyrics.
BUCKY
My dog Buck chasing a sheep on Mount Etna. Buck lived with us for more than 13 years. She was part of our family as a daughter for my my father and as a sister for me. I did this video in 2007.
Buck died on January 2nd 2013 and we still think of her a lot.
Rest in peace baby.

LOUIE BARLETTA CRAIL COUCH
It's always great to listen to this guy talking or seeing him skate. Louie Barletta has always brought great positive energies to the skateboarding world. I'm very happy that he is featured in one the pictures of our new zine What's Up Dudes (with a picture by Federico Tognoli).
